1. Our Price Match Guarantee applies to courses that are available to book, can be accurately priced on a competitor’s website and meet the following conditions:

a. The equivalent course is for the same qualification, including all the same modules and/or assessments.

b. The price of the equivalent course is publicly available and not part of a bulk promotional offer, wider package or is subject to an exclusive discount not publicly available.

c. The equivalent course is for the same duration.

d. The equivalent course is provided in the UK by a UK provider.

2. StaySharp will determine at its sole discretion whether a course is deemed equivalent and meets the conditions at clause 1.

3. To request the Price Match Guarantee offer you must provide the details of the price and a link to the equivalent course to the website chat function at https://staysharp.global/ or email queries@staysharp.global.

4. StaySharp reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or restrict its availability to any person at any time for any or no reason and without prior notice or liability to you.

5. By requesting a Price Match Guarantee you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
